A group of guys calling themselves Chaos, Inc. finds the H- E-R-O device and records their crazy, irresponsible super-powered stunts on digicam, quickly turning them into the hottest thing on the underground Internet video circuit! Meanwhile, someone who's been searching for the H-E-R- O device through the years stumbles onto Chaos Inc.'s website and finally realizes who's in possession of the treasured device.
